Mark Greenspan MD, Esq is a physician-lawyer with 36 years of practical medical experience. Since obtaining a law degree at William and Mary in 2001, he has opened a small boutique law
firm in Norfolk, Virginia concentrating in those areas where he has special
expertise. Currently Dr. Greenspan divides is time as follows:
Evaluating material from clients and lawyers that relate to medical issues
Evaluating Vaccine injury claims by interpreting medical records for one of
the leading vaccine injury lawyers in the country.
Representation of clients before the Court of Federal Claims by assisting
lawyers who bring such cases. Finding and dealing with medical experts who testify in Vaccine cases.Researching the medical literature to provide material to support
medically related legal action.
Evaluation of medical records for attorneys and clients when
medical issues are in play.
Sits on the Patient Affairs Management Committee of the Jewish Family
Service and assists in their representation of clients for medical and financial
issues
Sits on the Admissions Committee of the Eastern Virginia Medical School
Continues to maintain his certification as a licensed physician in the
Commonwealth of Virginia although he no longer practices medicine.
